FARM RIO — Blue Luna Mini Dress

The wallpaper has escaped.

FARM RIO’s Blue Luna takes an exuberant floral print and gives it remarkably little opportunity to settle down. Oversized cream flowers spread across a deep blue ground, interrupted at the collar, cuffs and hem by contrasting red-and-cream borders that turn the print itself into part of the dress’s construction.

A V-shaped neckline falls into a centre button front, while softly gathered shoulders give way to long sleeves and narrow printed cuffs. The waist gathers beneath the bust before opening into an easy skirt, finished with a broad tier at the hem. Cut entirely from viscose, the dress remains fluid despite everything happening across its surface. FARM RIO calls the colourway Luna Blue; appropriately enough, there is rather more going on after dark than one might initially expect.
