LOEFFLER RANDALL — Hadley Leather Bow Sandal, White

LOEFFLER RANDALL reduces the sandal to little more than leather and a bow. Cut from supple white nappa, the Hadley replaces a conventional upper with an oversized knot, its folded loops spilling softly across the foot.

Beneath it, the construction remains deliberately spare: a flat leather sole, padded footbed and squared open toe, finished with tonal stitching and a discreet gold-stamped logo. The softness of the leather keeps the exaggerated bow from becoming too precious, allowing its folds and creases to provide most of the ornament.

A rather elaborate way to tie up loose ends.
