All-Seeing Eye Porcelain Paperweight

The Procuress has always had something of an eye for things.

The All-Seeing Eye is rendered in porcelain in four vivid colourways—Blue, Green, Orange and Pink—each picked out in white and edged with 24-karat gold leaf. Part paperweight, part decorative object and part talisman, its surreal form sits somewhere between the useful and the entirely unnecessary—the latter being a category for which The Procuress has considerable affection.

Across cultures and histories, the eye has been invested with ideas of sight, protection, vigilance and connection. Here, it becomes an object in its own right: watchful, strange, and particularly good at keeping an eye on one’s papers.
